Friends of old and Friends of new

Day by day we share our views

Our hopes, our dreams, our biggest goals

We’re ever present and everyone knows

Should ever a need be one is there

A shoulder to cry on if in despair

Nothing is ever beyond repair

These are friends to weather the storm

They’ve come together here to form

A bond of friendship made to last

We travel together on this path

Where it leads to no one knows

We will follow wherever it goes

This journey we’re on is very rare

It’s only offered to those who care

To those who give without demand

To those who lend a helping hand

To those who love unequivocally

It’s offered to sisters like us you see

We’re soul sisters through and through

All that we are and have been through

Has made us stronger than anyone knew

We found each other here and there

Collectively We’re here to share

All that we are and meant to be

To share ones thoughts and not be seen

It has been said and must be true

Invisible threads are coming through

Across the miles and spreading wide

To touch us all and make us smile

Just knowing that the other’s there

Soul Sisters together ever sharing

The beauty within us all, each one

Shining so bright it’s like the sun

So warm and inviting is this glow

Everyone wants a piece you know

So we go and share our beam

Out in the world of chaos and need

They need us there in every way

To spread the joy and help them stay

Grounded to their hopes and dreams

And keep them safe from others schemes

So as we spread our smile each day

And show them all there is a way

To get along and live each day

To better themselves and show the way

For all the rest who come some day

And need their guidance but won’t say

For this has always been the way

To guide them when they run astray

To pass along the lessons learned

So they may do the same in turn

So my sisters now you see

There’s so much more to us than sheen

There’s more than laughter, love, and smiles

Soul Sisters thrive on traveling miles

And give their best to others needs
